1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of Services, digital materials and physical items offered by NameAtlas through nameatlastop.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

Services: Trademark registration support and consultancy for tech products and brands.

Info Products: Digital publications, seminars or courses delivered electronically.

Goods: Physical items such as application templates, guides in print form or branded merchandise.

3. Services

Requests for trademark filing, examination response, office action management and related advisory fall under Services. All fees for these Services are non-refundable due to the specialized and time-sensitive nature of the work. However, you may transfer your booking to another date or delegate to a third party by submitting a written request at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Such transfer is subject to availability.

4. Info Products

Digital materials are delivered via immediate download or electronic access. Once access is granted, we cannot revoke access or provide a refund. Should you experience technical issues, contact our support within 3 days of purchase for assistance or potential exchange for an equivalent product.

5. Goods

For physical items, you may ship back any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of receipt. To arrange this, use our contact form and follow the instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, NameAtlas will reimburse the purchase amount minus original shipping charges within 7 days.

6. General Reimbursement Procedures

Requests for reimbursement or transfer of Services must include your order number, full name, email address, and a brief explanation. Submit such requests via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 days following our confirmation.
